James Longfellow Obituary
He was born in Manchester on July 3, 1954 the son of George Longfellow and the late Elizabeth (Palmer) Longfellow.
He had been a self employed Orthodontic Lab Technician.
He enjoyed camping, fishing and everything outdoors, but most of all he loved spending time with his family.
Family members include his wife, Melanie (Cooper) Longfellow, his father, George Longfellow and his wife Arlene, all of Hooksett, two daughters; Darlene Roseboom, Kandace Lalo, both of NY., two sons; Kevin Bernard Longfellow, Samuel James Longfellow, both of Hooksett, five siblings; Sandra Lamarsh (Albert) of MA., Richard Longfellow (Laura) of Hooksett, William Longfellow (Kathleen) of AZ., Cynthia Gagne (Yves) of Pembroke, Catherine Longfellow of Hooksett, and several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
He was predeceased by his mother and a brother, David Longfellow.
Calling hours will be on Monday, November 1, 2021 from 2 to 4 pm at J. N. Boufford & Sons Funeral Home, 110 Bridge St.
Burial will take place in Franklin Cemetery at a later date.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the American Heart Association, 2 Wall St #104, Manchester NH 03101.

Melanie, it may be hard to see beyond this pain and my prayer for you is that memories of Jim bless you, Kevin and Sammy as you allow God to be your refuge and strength. Jim was an amazing husband, father and exceptional human being. We will always remember Jim for his special glowing smile and laugh which was contagious with anyone he came in contact with. There are many in the community who will deeply mourn Jim´s passing, he was a life of service, love, compassion and excellence. Rest in Paradise Jim! Love Aunt Judy and Uncle Roger. <3
