I only knew John very briefly from his work as a counselor, however that was enough time to have respect for him and to know that he was valued as a counselor and someone who was there to help people. I'm sorry I didn't have a chance to know him better. My best wishes to the family as they try and make sense of a tragedy.

John. Never will forget Dual County championship XC fall of 1984. We finished a step apart 9th and 10th and shocked the league placing four runners in top ten , when no one thought we could win. May you sing with the choirs of angels forever. Will miss you always. Bill Lohan West Roxbury MA
