Joshua Kenny Obituary

FREMONT - Joshua F. Kenny, 18, died unexpectedly on Aug. 2, 2014, in Fremont.

He was born April 8, 1996, in Newburyport, Mass., son of John and Michelle M. (Perrin) Kenny.

Josh lived the majority of his life in Fremont. He attended the Ellis School and was entering his senior year at Sanborn Regional High School in Kingston. Josh was currently enrolled in the Seacoast School of Technology program for welding and planned to attend the Great Bay Community College in Portsmouth for welding.

Josh was employed by Fremont Pizzeria for the past three years. He really enjoyed making the pizzas.

Josh always enjoyed playing soccer. As a youth, he played on travel soccer teams and had last played in his freshman year on the high school team. He was a computer gamer and master of Lego building. He loved studying astronomy and war history and traveling. Josh was always happiest spending time with his family.

He is survived by his parents, John and Michelle Kenny; his sister, Jessica L. Kenny; his maternal grandmother, Pauline Tilton; uncle and aunt, Dan and Joanne Kenny, uncle and aunt, Tim and Gail Kenny; aunt and uncle, Kathy and Tony Lupi; aunt and uncle, Ginny and Dave Laflamme and uncle, Richard Perrin, close family, Debbie and Danielle Allie and numerous cousins.

SERVICES: Family and friends are invited to visiting hours on Wednesday, Aug. 6, from noon to 2 p.m. at the Brewitt Funeral Home, Raymond.

Funeral services will follow on Wednesday, Aug. 6, at 2 p.m. at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to the Wounded Warrior Project, P.O. Box 758517, Topeka, KS. 66675.

I am so sorry for your loss of. Please be comforted by the fact that God cares about you personally and will help you get through your grief.. He says "I have heard your prayers, I have seen your tears" . I will heal you. 2 Kings 20:5.

Josh was amazingly witty and smart. Always respectful and caring. There were times, I could count on Josh to brighten my day. I will miss him dearly.
