Karen Landsman Obituary

Karen L. Landsman passed away at age 67 on Sunday, August 17, 2025. Born in 1958 to Carl Hauschild and Mary E. (Mills) Giuliano, she grew up in Nutley, NJ and moved to NH in 1984. She married the love of her life, CJ, in 1986. Their daughter, Corey, was born thereafter and they moved to Concord in 1992.

Karen enjoyed traveling, reading, writing, listening to the waves at the beach, and curling up on the porch with a cup of tea. She especially loved spending time with her grandson, Sammy.

She is survived by her husband Charles "CJ" Landsman, daughter Corey (Landsman) and Andrew Blohm, grandson Samuel Blohm, sister Jean (Hauschild) and James Ettori, brother Karl and Beth Hauschild, sister-in-law Jeanette (Landsman) and Steven Chasin, nieces Ilana and Maya Chasin, nephews Brian and Eric Hauschild, and great-nephew Paxton Hubert. She is predeceased by her parents Mary Guiliano and Carl Hauschild, and niece Melissa (Saggau) Hubert.

A celebration of life will be held November 8, 2025 @ 2:00PM at the Unitarian Universalist Church, Concord, NH. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the William H. Gile Trust c/o Citizens Bank Trust Dept., and the Concord Public Library Foundation, Concord, NH. The Cremation Society of NH, Boscawen office, is assisting the family with arrangements.
