Lois Rogers Obituary

Mrs. Lois Fowler Rogers age 78 of Ranger, GA, died Friday at her residence following several years of declining health. She was born in Gordon County, on September 15, 1933, daughter of the late Charley and Mary Etta Roberts Fowler.

Mrs. Rogers is preceded in death by her husband, Hiram William Rogers; six brothers. William (Willie) Fowler, Jonnie Milburn Fowler, George Frank Fowler, Roy Fowler, Archie Fowler and Gordon Lee Fowler; and five sisters, Ouida Davis, Beatrice Brock, Mary Sluder, Roxie Fowler and Inez Fowler.

Survivors include three sons, William Gary Rogers and his wife Marilyn of Morrow, GA, Ray Edward (Eddie) Rogers of Ranger, and Christopher David Rogers and his wife Kathy of Resaca; five grandchildren, Angel Deanay Haas and her husband Kyle, Aaron Cody Rogers, Christopher Cameron Rogers and his wife Ashley, Brittney Nicole Rogers, and Dylon D. Rogers; and three great-grandchildren, Taylor Rogers, Logan Rogers and Spencer Haas; along with nieces, nephews and other relatives.

Funeral services for Mrs. Lois Fowler Rogers will be conducted Sunday, April 1st at 3:30 PM from the chapel of Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home, with Rev. Parham Hammontree officiating. Interment will follow in the Fellowship Baptist Church Cemetery. Music will be arranged by Billy and Judy Henson. Pallbearers serving include Bobby Pervette, David DeFreese, Terry Fowler, Dusty Johnson, Craig Henson and Alvin Johnson.

The Rogers family will receive friends Saturday from 5:00 PM until 9:00 PM at the funeral home. Online condolence may be expressed and the guest book signed at www.maxbrannonandsons.com.
