My parents were best friends of the Pepinos, and we spent many Sundays in the summer at their camp on Horace Lake visiting with Romey and Betty Gosselin, Maurice and Louis. My favorite memory of Louis is from my childhood when Romey, Louis and I swam across Horace Lake (Louis was in a giant inner tube!) They were all such wonderful people. Our condolences to his family.

I lived on Green Street, a couple of blocks from Louis. He was two years ahead of me at Bradley. We often took the bus together near Wilson School to/from Bradley. However, we sometimes walked together to school (yes, all the way up the hill!). I had a hard time keeping up with him! We had some wonderful talks together. He was a good influence on me. . .My condolences to his family.

Louie was my neighbor when I was growing up on Cedar Street and I remember when he was born. His sister Juliette brought him across the street to show us her little brother. So I have known him all my life and what a great man he turned out to be and never let his blindness interfere with his wonderful education. His brother Maurice was his best friend. RIP Louie until we meet again.
