Louisa Tsiamis Obituary
She was born April 21, 1950, in Grevena, Greece, to Christos and Maria (Apostolina) Samaras and had been a Manchester resident for many years.
Prior to retirement, she was a hairstylist serving the Manchester community.
Family includes her husband of 43 years, John Tsiamis of Manchester; two sons, Constantinos Tsiamis of Malibu, Calif., and Christos Tsiamis of Boston; four brothers, John Samaras of Grevena, Greece; Nicholas Samaras of Manchester; Dimitrios Samaras of Manchester, and the late George Samaras of Manchester; one sister, Athena Kesaris of Woburn, Mass.; many nephews, nieces, grandnieces and cousins.

SERVICES: Calling hours will be Wednesday from 5 to 7 p.m. at Cate & Johnson Funeral Home, 573 Pine St., corner of Harrison Street in Manchester. A Trisagion prayer service will be offered at 6 p.m. in Cate & Johnson Funeral Home Chapel.
A funeral service will be conducted Thursday at 10 a.m. at Assumption Greek Orthodox Church, 111 Island Pond Road in Manchester. Burial will follow at Pine Grove Cemetery in Manchester.
Memorial contributions may be sent to St. Basil Academy, 79 Saint Basil Road, Garrison, NY 10524.

My deepest sympathies to you John and your family. Louisa was a wonderful, warm person and was always smiling. She gave me my first "nice" haircut when I was only 16 and had been my mother's haidresser for over 20 years.
She will be greatly missed.My thoughts are with you and your family.
