Maurice J. Paquin

Maurice Joseph Paquin, 78, passed away on Thursday, April 27, 2023, at the Community Hospice House in Merrimack, NH. He was born on October 16, 1944, in Manchester, NH, the son of Maurice Paquin of NH and Therese Paquin (Beland). He was the husband of Claire Paquin (Beaudet). They were married on October 16, 1976, in Manchester, NH. Maurice attended St. Marie's School and Brown School where he completed 8th grade. He enjoyed the beach, hunting, camping, campfires, and his pool. He loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Maurice was predeceased by his daughter; Diane Marie Bridgewater (Paquin), who passed away on Feb 26, 2018, his granddaughter; Sarah Allison Buffum (Mitchell), who passed away on October 30, 2019, his grandson; Donald Walton Jr, who passed away on March 26, 2014. He is survived by his wife; Claire B. Paquin, his sister; Jeannette Burleigh (Paquin) of Goffstown, NH, his children; Barbara Suermann and her husband Paul of Manchester, NH, Susan Cookman and her husband David of Goffstown, NH, James Carle of Manchester, NH, Michael Carle and his wife Holly of Manchester, NH, Joyce Ella Hurlbutt, and her husband Michael of Manchester, NH, Suzanne Walton and her husband Donald of Hooksett, NH; Several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren. SERVICES: A Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 3rd, 2023, 4PM-6PM at the Phaneuf Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 250 Coolidge Ave, Manchester, NH 03102. A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, May 4th, 2023, at 10AM at Sainte Marie Roman Catholic Church, 378 Notre Dame Ave, Manchester, NH 03102. Followed by Committal Service at Mt. Calvary Cemetery, 474 Goffstown Rd., Manchester, NH, at 11:30AM.
