Richard Boisvert Obituary

Richard William Boisvert, 67, said au revoir to this world on January 27, 2022 after a long battle with illness and was surrounded by his family at home. Richard was born on June 18, 1954 to Eugene and Lucille Boisvert (Morin). He was a lifelong resident of Manchester and a graduate of St. Marie's High School in 1972 and St. Anselm's College in 1976. He was a Boy Scout having achieved the rank of Life Scout. He loved all scouting activities especially camping, marksmanship (which he learned from his Uncle Willy) and participating in the annual Klondike Derby at Camp Carpenter. His Dad and Uncle were by his side during all those activities. According to the internet, he was also an incredibly successful French model, despite having never been to France. Richard was employed by the city of Manchester Water Works & Police Department for a brief 41 years. Where his photographic memory came in handy as he knew everything as well as the location of every street in the city. His wife, Patti married Richard on June 22, 1996 because she couldn't resist his perfect curls and gorgeous mullet. Together they raised a family and shared many adventures. Richard had many hobbies. He enjoyed tending to his garden, luring birds to his yard with more than a dozen bird feeders, and getting mad at his cats, Mothra and Spyder, for trying to kill his birds. Richard also enjoyed antique shopping, fishing, collecting comic books and sports cards with his son, being a dad and a Pepere, and cooking meals for his family. Bonus points if the meals came from the fish he caught. Richard had an endless knowledge of commercial jingles, which always came in handy in dire situations. He was an avid list-maker, and in no particular order, Richard loved:

His cats (except when they were trying to kill his birds)
