Richard Clark Obituary

We are heartbroken to share the untimely death of Richard (Dicky, Rich) T. Clark, who passed away unexpectedly on May 18, 2025, two days before his sixtieth birthday doing what brought him peace and happiness, working in his yard.

He leaves behind his beloved wife and best friend Celeste Clark of whom together they shared 38 blessed years of marriage and raised four boys, Richard Jr., Daniel, Bradley and Nicholas (Fiance McKayla Hankin). He leaves one granddaughter, Ava Marobella whom he absolutely adored.

Born and raised in Lowell MA to Theresa and Francis Clark, he was the youngest of four siblings (Francis Sr. passed), Laura (Steven) Vertun and Stephen (Cheryl), and uncle to several nieces (Jenny, Rebecca, Ali, Stephanie, Bella and Aria) and Nephews (Bobby and John Paul.) He also leaves behind his mother-in-law, Mary (Shirley) Mcphee of whom was known to call him the best son in law in the world and a brother-in-law John Mcphee.

Dicky and Celeste moved to Raymond NH in 1993 and made it their home and were members of the St. Joseph parish in Epping NH. His faith was an important part of who he was.

Dicky was a devoted husband and was most happy spending time with his wife and family, he loved traveling, going to the beach, and spending time in the waterfalls in the mountains in a chair reading a book, he was his wife's greatest supporter as a behind the scenes volunteer and cheerleader for the work of the Raymond Coalition For Youth. When his children were younger, he was a coach for the Raymond Youth Athletic Association.

He had a very strong work ethic that he passed down to his sons, and he was proud to work at Palmer Gas, where he took great pride in his installation crew and team. He would go out of his way to be a positive and inspiring leader with a quick tip, try this, or maybe even "a because that is how I would do it."

Dicky took great pride in their home and yard and loved playing with a good pile of rocks. There is no doubt he is up in heaven building rock walls and walkways for all to enjoy, free of any pain and body aches.

Dicky lived with a big heart for those in his circle, he cared deeply, loved genuinely and will be remembered for his love of the outdoors, landscaping, birds and his big smile.

Visiting hours will be held on Friday, May 23, 2025 from 4:00-7:00 PM at St. Joseph Church, 200 Pleasant St., Epping, NH.

The Memorial Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, May 24, 2025 at 11:00 AM also at the Church.

Dear Celeste I am heartbroken to hear dickys passing.
He and I spent many wonderful years at st Michael“s school . We were boyhood chums who spent long summer days doing all the fun adventurous things boys did in our little neighborhood of Christian hill. I think of those days often and count them as some of the best of my life. I am so sorry for your loss
