Robert Bramley Obituary

Robert G. Bramley, 75, a longtime resident of Brookline, passed away peacefully at the Community Hospice House in Merrimack in the arms of his wife Kathy. He is remembered as a devoted father by his daughters Katie and Mary. He will be missed by his grandson Finn and son-in-law Bruce. He leaves behind his sister Gail, niece Laurie and grandniece Cheyenne.

Bob proudly served in the US Air Force for four years as a flight engineer on the C-130. Following his honorable discharge, he attended Bentley College. He was actively engaged in the appraisal of commercial and industrial real estate for more than 50 years. In February of 1981 he proudly established R. G. Bramley & Co., Inc. in Nashua. He served as Past President of the Former New England Chapter #7, American Institute of Real Estate Appraisers.

Bob delighted in living at the lake, boating, golf, watching the birds at his window, his two granddogs Purdue and Fali, drinks and good food with family and friends, and especially Fourth of July Fireworks.

At Bob's request, no services are planned. Memorial donations may be made to the Brookline Ambulance Service, 3 Post Office Drive, Brookline, NH 03033.

He was proud of his accomplishments, enjoyed his work, and treasured his family.

I didn't meet Bob until he was in his sixties. His keen observations, quick wit, and dry sense of humor always left me with a smile. He will be missed.

Bob and I were longtime friends and colleagues. His sense of humor and wise counsel on all matters will be sorely missed.

My wife Holly and I worked with Bob for several years. Sometimes he appeared rough in character but was a teddy bear. We thought the world of him. Condolences to family and friends.
