Robert I. Crowell

Robert Ivan Crowell, 83, passed away on March 25, 2026, in Merrimack, NH.

Robert was born in Cambridge, Massachusetts on October 19, 1942, to the late Ivan and Charlotte "Vi" Crowell. He grew up and went to school in Belmont, Massachusetts.

After high school, Robert attended Bentley College in Waltham, Massachusetts and joined the Air Force and served from 1963-1967. He later moved to Merrimack, NH to raise his family and co-owned an accounting and tax preparation service called TABS for many years. He ended his career doing accounting work for the Hallmark Corporation.

Robert enjoyed reading books (anything by Bill O'Reilly), going to car shows at Anheuser Busch and catching a local game or watching any sports that he could find on TV. He had a very quick wit and always enjoyed joking and making people laugh.

Robert is survived by his wife of 58 years, Noreen Crowell; his two sons, Timothy Crowell and his wife, Tracy, of New Boston, and Jason Crowell and his wife, Sarah, of Manchester; three grandchildren, Brandon Klardie and his wife Christine, Nathan Crowell, and Hannah Crowell and her husband, Isaac; as well as three great grandchildren, Henry and Leo Klardie, and Elowen Crowell.

Calling hours will be held on Friday, April 3rd from 5 - 7 PM at the Rivet Funeral Home located at 425 Daniel Webster Highway in Merrimack, NH. Burial will be held privately at the convenience of the family.
