Robert Manseau Obituary

Robert C. Manseau Jr., affectionately known as Bobby, passed away unexpectedly on April 21, 2025, at the age of 57. Born on August 13, 1967, to the late Robert Manseau Sr. & Helen (Dunn) Manseau in Manchester, NH, he was a lifelong resident of the city that he loved, always surrounded by his devoted family.

Bobby dedicated many years of his life to his career at WesCo, where he found great joy and satisfaction in his work. His passion for his job was a testament to his character; he was known to possess a heart of gold and was beloved by all who had the privilege of knowing him. Bobby's personality shone through his generosity and his loving nature, traits that made him an excellent father, grandfather, brother, uncle and cherished friend.

Anyone who knew Bobby will remember his deep love for his Boston Sports Teams. He also enjoyed traveling, especially to New York City to watch the New Years fire works. Summers were particularly special to him, filled with family gatherings, barbecues, and joyous holidays that created lasting memories.

Bobby's life is celebrated not only for his spirited personality but also for his incredible will to live. Born weighing just two pounds, he fought through many challenges, demonstrating his resilience and strength from the very beginning. Family and friends often remarked on his unwavering spirit, which seemed to reflect a higher purpose.

In addition to his illustrious career and vibrant personality, Bobby was a proud father to his son, Brandon Manseau, and daughter, Lexi Manseau. He was also a loving brother to his sisters, Valerie Manseau, Karen DeLangie and her husband John, and Tracy Bowser and her husband Daryl. His legacy will continue through his two grandchildren, Brandon and Benjamin, with one more on the way, as well as his nephews John Delangie Sr & Joe Delangie, nieces Erin Trott & Samantha Wright and many cousins. Bobby was preceded in death by his brother, Richard Manseau. The family would also like to extend their gratitude to the amazing medical staff at the Elliot Hospital for their excellent care for Robert over the years and in particular and his PCP Heather Marks, and to Manchester Police Officer Jason Soucy for his kindness to Bobs family at the time of his death.

Calling Hours for Robert will be held on Friday, April 25, 2025, from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, followed by a funeral service at 6:00 PM, at Phaneuf Funeral Homes - 243 Hanover St, Manchester, NH 03104.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Bobby's memory can be made to Harmony Home Ministries of Manchester, NH.
