Tyler Walsh Obituary

GOFFSTOWN - Tyler R. Walsh, 19, died March 19, 2012, at Elliot Hospital.

He was born on May 23, 1992, in Methuen, Mass., to Patricia (Givens) Walsh of Goffstown and John Walsh of Manchester.

He attended Summit School in Amherst and graduated from Bedford High School in Bedford. He worked in construction building homes.

Ty enjoyed working with his hands, being around cars and loved working out everyday. He was active in boxing, martial arts, wrestling and snowboarding with his brother and friends. He was an Ultimate Fighting Championship and Mixed Martial Arts fan. He liked the outdoors and canoeing. He loved hanging with his friends, his dog, Jack, and his pride and joy, Frankie, his snake.

Tyler was protective of his family and friends, strong and powerful, yet gentle. He had a very caring and loving heart with a great smile that will be missed forever.

Besides his parents, he is survived by his brother, Justin Walsh of Goffstown; maternal grandparents Dottie Givens of Bedford and Dave and Elizabeth Givens of Williamsburg, Va.; paternal grandmother, Mary Ann Walsh of Andover, Mass.; two great-grandmothers; many aunts, uncles, cousins, along with his large loving extended family and friends.

services: Calling hours are at the Phaneuf Funeral Home, 243 Hanover St., Manchester, on Friday, March 23 from 6:30 to 9 p.m. A funeral service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Saturday at 11 a.m.
