Dear Evelyn and family, So very sorry for your loss. Bill was a fantastic person and will have a lasting impact on all who met him and those who haven't even been born yet. His spirit, patriotism, enthusiasm for learning and sharing knowledge are examples for us all. May the Great Master of all Scouts welcome him with opened arms and comfort you with memories of his impressive life.
