NASHUA -- Yolande M. "Sunny" (LeBrun) Dame, 86, of West Hollis Street, Nashua, died May 26, 2010, at the Greenbriar Terrace Healthcare.
She was born in Nashua on Aug. 18, 1923, daughter of the late Louis and Leda (Jean) LeBrun. She was the widow of Edward G. Dame, who died July 5, 1996.
She was a lifelong Nashua resident and attended St. Aloysius parochial schools. She had been employed her entire career with the former International Paper Box Machine Co. in Nashua. She enjoyed weekends and summer vacations on Suncook Lake in Barnstead. For many years she pursued antiquing with her husband, and in later years, she loved going to yard sales and flea markets with her girlfriends. She was a communicant of St. Louis de Gonzague Church. She will be remembered for her generosity, sense of humor and as someone who was loved by her family and friends.
Family members include son Douglas Dame of Nashua; sister Fernande Beaudet of Hanover; sister-in-law Irene Dame of Hudson; a nephew, several nieces and cousins.
SERVICES: Visiting hours are Monday from 4 to 8 p.m. in the Anctil-Rochette & Son Funeral Home, 21 Kinsley St., Nashua. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Tuesday at 9:30 a.m. in St. Louis de Gonzague Church, 48 W. Hollis St., Nashua. Burial will follow in Evergreen Cemetery.
