LAKEVIEW - Billy G. Hazeltine, 68, of Lakeview, OH passed away Wednesday evening, December 27, 2018 at his home.
Billy was born on February 15, 1950 in Fayetteville, NC, a son of the late Harold and Ruby Cole Hazeltine. He was preceded in death by his son, Chad and two brothers, Harold Nelson and Robert Earl.
Bill is survived by his wife, Sheryl Clem Dolan Hazeltine, three stepchildren, Jason (Misty Yelton) Dolan of Bellefontaine, OH, Steven (Stacie Boltz) Dolan of Jackson Center, OH and Delia (Joe Samuel) Evans of Kenton, OH, seven siblings, Jackie Carl Hazeltine of Georgia, Sandra Mae (Robert) Reier of St. Marys, OH, James Hensley Hazeltine of West Virginia, Michael Edward Hazeltine of Elkhart, IN, Penny Sue Equia of Decatur, IN, Wonda Kay McElhaney of Pennsylvania, and Jerry Wayne Hazeltine of Piqua, OH, and numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Bill was a painter by trade but could do most anything regarding construction. He enjoyed go to flea markets and yard sales. Bill was a generous soul who would help anyone he saw in need.
Pastor Glory Geib will begin funeral services at 1:00 pm, Monday, December 31, 2018 at Shoffstall Funeral Home, 205 S. Main St, Lakeview with visitation from 11-1. Burial is in Huntsville Cemetery.
