ROSEWOOD - Karen S. Clark, age 63, of Rosewood, OH passed away at 1:22 p.m. on Wednesday, October 20, 2021 in Mary Rutan Hospital, Bellefontaine.

Born on August 3, 1958 in Sidney, OH, Karen was a daughter of the late Richard E Allebach and Sara Jane (Huston) Labonte who survives in Panama Beach City, FL.

Karen married Tom Clark on July 7, 2005 and he survives.

She is also survived by two children: Stephanie (George) Moore of Lyons, IN, and Stewart (Jessica) Strubler of Saint Paris. She was a loving grandmother to six grandchildren: Ethan, Tosha, and Hunter Adkins, Aiden Moore, Zane and Elias Strubler; and four great grandchildren: Brodie, Aubree, Katie, and Charlotte who loved to call her Candy Karen.

Additional survivors are brothers, Richard E (Lisa) Allebach, II, of Urbana and Bill Allebach of Urbana, and sisters, Debi Terry of Beavercreek, Becky (Greg) Fisher of East Liberty, many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews

Karen was a 1976 graduate of Graham High School. She attended Urbana College and Edison State College. She enjoyed shopping and buying special gifts for people she knew. She loved farm life and helped her husband, Tom with Clark and Clark Farms. Karen liked crafting, gardening, flower arranging and music. Most of all she loved her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, October 25, 2021 at noon in ATKINS-SHIVELY FUNERAL HOME, 216 S. Springfield Street, Saint Paris, Ohio with Reverend Andy Leighty and her mother, Sara Jane Labonte officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery, St. Paris, OH. Visitation for family & friends will be held two hours prior to the funeral service on Monday beginning at 10 a.m.
