URBANA - Mary "Sue" Frazier, age 73 of Urbana, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her family on Oct. 14, 2025.
She was born on Jan. 12, 1952 in Urbana to the late Troy and Mary Salyer.
Sue was a dedicated Real Estate Broker since 1984 as co-owner of Dream Home Realty. She was the owner of the Little Nashville bar over 21 years. Before she became a successful business owner, she was employed with Drackett for 13 years. She was a graduate of Urbana High School in 1970 followed by earning her business degree at Hondros College.
She married the love of her life, Jim Frazier, in 1977.
Sue is survived by her daughter, Nikki (Joey) Weiss of Urbana; a very special grandson, Mayson Weiss of Urbana; brothers, John "Franklin" Roberts and Pastor Mike (Sandy) Mounts of Minford, Ohio. Her family by marriage was very special to her, including sisters-in-law, Rita (Toney) Caperton of Ceredo, WV, Tennie Sue Fraley, Fort Gay, WV, Donna Frazier of Piney Flats, TN, Jenny Lou (Joe) Rose, Fort Gay WV; brothers-in-law, Danny (Diane) Frasher of Louisa, KY and Max "Boog" (Carolyn) Frazier of Louisa, KY.
Sue is preceded in death by her parents, Troy and Mary Salyer; husband, Jim Frazier; brothers, Charlie Roberts and Jimmy Roberts; brothers-in-law, Michael Frazier, Fred Fraley, Ricky Frazier, Charles "Nimrod" Frazier, Jerry Frazier, and Billy Frazier; sisters-in-law, Patty Marcum and Kathie Frazier.
Sue lived a life full of adventure. She enjoyed traveling the world with frequent stops at the casinos. She loved country music, and attending concerts with friends. She was a friend to many and never knew a stranger. Her smile could light up any room. Her laugh and her honest sarcasm were unforgettable and brought joy to those lucky enough to know her.
Even as her health declined, Sue showed incredible strength and determination, continuing to work when she should have been resting. Her greatest joy came from spending time with her family, especially her beloved grandson, Mayson, creating precious memories over their short but meaningful seven years together.
She was a member of the Springfield Board of Realtors, Ohio Association of Realtors, Urbana Moose Lodge 1215, AmVets Post 121, Fraternal Order of the Eagles 979, VFW Post 5451 and American Legion Post 120.
Sue's family would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Ullah, Davita Dialysis of Urbana and Ohio Hospice for their care and compassion. Also, a special thanks to her friends, Kaye McNeely, Joanne Shelpman, Judy Slater, Cami Asman, and Joyce Coy for their unwavering love and support.

A gathering of family and friends will be held from 3-6 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 19, 2025 in VERNON FUNERAL HOME, Ohio.
Funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, Oct. 20, 2025 in the funeral home with Pastor Michael Mounts officiating.
Burial will follow in Oak Dale Cemetery, Urbana.
