John Tackley
April 4, 2013
Never met my cousin Carl, but my mother's (Bernice LaTray Tackley) loving stories of of her nephew endeared him to me. I have one of his beautiful dulcimers that I inherited from my sister Anne. It is proudly displayed in my home, and occasionally played poorly. If any of Carl's instruments are to be sold, I would like to acquire more...he was an artist.
