Celeste and family : I am sorry to hear of Frank's passing. Hugs to you all! May the strength from family and friends turn your tears of grief to tears of laughter as you reflect on the many great times, laughs, fun and adventure you all experienced together. His legacy remains behind - in all of you. RIP Mr. Cowan
