June 19, 2021

I got to know Fred and Jean through our shared membership in the Community Wellness Center. Fred was committed to his beliefs. He was a strong voice for doing what was fair and right. I will cherish our talks, and will remember Fred for his dedication and commitment to Jean, family, and country.
