Harry Delp Obituary
Vernon/New Berlin
Harry W. Delp, 72, passed away peacefully on December 22, 2011, at the St. Luke's Home. He was born in Du Bois, PA, on January 18, 1939. Mr. Delp served his country faithfully in the U.S. Army. He was united in marriage to Beverly Marshall; the couple lived in New Berlin. Mrs. Delp passed away in 1994. Mr. Delp was employed by the Oneonta School System until his retirement. Harry enjoyed his solitude; he also enjoyed building and flying R.C. Model planes. Survivors include his two sons, James Delp and his special friend, Kathy Marek, Vernon, and Jeffrey Delp, Scotia, NY; one daughter, Jane Delp, Vestal, NY; and four grandchildren. Friends and relatives are invited to attend a memorial service for Mr. Delp on Wednesday, December 28, 2011, at 7 p.m. at Wolanin Funeral Home, Inc., 266 Main St., NY Mills.
