We miss Uncle Joe's visits with Dad. They would laugh and argue as only two brothers could despite living apart throughout their lives.
Now Uncle Joe is with Aunt Iz.
Our love and thoughts are with the family.

My deepest sympathies to Uncle Joe's family. Uncle Joe would come out to Othello to visit my dad Mitch, we always enjoyed it when he visited. He was a man who lived life to the fullest and enjoyed every minute of it.

To My Cousins,
I just received the sad news that Uncle Joe passed away. There were so many fond memories of Uncle Joe. The first that comes to my mind was his pride and love toward his family. My own memories take me back to my Utica visits with Uncle Joe when he took so much pride and energy in creating his beautiful floral and vegetable garden. We would never go home empty handed. Rest in peace Uncle Joe. Please accept my condolences.

I'll never forget Joe. When I was about 13 years old (1966 - a long time ago!) and starting to work part-time, I used to ride "shotgun" with Joe on truck deliveries for A. Cardamone & Sons, Inc. on Main St, Utica, run by my Dad, Bob, and uncles Angelo and Ben Cardamone. I always felt that Joe treated me special, like I was part of the family. Joe always had a smile on his face and, looking back, he seemed to enjoy life. I was just a young kid at the time, but he made an major impression on me, and I'll always cherish knowing and working with Joe.

Nimey family,
We are very sorry for your loss of Joseph. I will never forget how he helped me when my truck broke down, many years ago. Please accept my sincere condolences in his passing.
