Donna,
I called you a little over a month ago. Mike was our childhood friend in Hempstead. He played in a band with my brother, Brian Lewis. He was part of our family. We lost track of him through the years, but carried him in our hearts. Even way back then, he was an amazingly uplifting person. I can see that he remained that way throughout his adult life. How lucky for you to have been able to share your life with him. I will always keep Mike and you and your family in my prayers. You have my deepest sympathy. Diane Lewis Lucia

I never met a person more full of life than Mike, and that makes the loss of him harder. I'll always remember his joy, laughter and spirit.
My sympathy to the family - rejoice in your happy memories of him.

DeLouisa Family~ I am so sorry to hear about your loss. The last time we were together we were celebrating at the Autumn Festival in Old Forge. We all danced to Mustang Sally as Mike sang to us. Mike will be deeply missed~ The girls from Syracuse will never forget how he always played a song or two that got us up dancing. Sometimes the only time we left the dance floor was when the band took a break! I will always love and miss you!
