I was so sorry to hear of Carolyn's passing. She was a special lady. I admired the way, when she moved to Williamsburg, that she dived right in and began getting involved and so, of course, making friends. I'm sure she did that every place she went. She is heaven's gain for sure...I can almost hear her singing with the angels in the presence of Jesus. I send my deepest sympathies for your loss.

Carolyn was the dearest friend that I have ever had. I loved her enthusiasm about everything. She loved life and loved Christ Jesus. She was responsible for my going to Emmaus. She sang in my choir at South Hill United Methodist Church. And she sang with joy and always a smile! I look forward to singing with again in heaven. -- Terry Self
