My condolences to all. Joe was a wonderful person I had the pleasure of meeting back in 1994 during the first season of the Rio Grande Valley Whitewings in Harlingen, Texas. We enjoyed cheering the team on. When Joe became a volunteer at Valley Baptist where we connected again. He was a very caring, compasonate man and will be missed.
