Luciana Nieto Obituary
RAYMONDVILLE, TX. --
Luciana H. Nieto was called home by her Lord and Savior on Tuesday, May 26, 2015. She was born to Irene and Delfino Hernandez on January 7, 1926 in San Juan, TX.
She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Jose Nieto, Sr.; sons, Juan Francisco Nieto and Blandino Nieto; a grandson, Guadalupe Nieto III; and several brothers and sisters.
Luciana is survived by her children, Jose (Mére) Nieto, Guadalupe (Jennifer) Nieto, Olga Ramirez, Sally (Roberto) Ramirez, Carolina Ramirez, Noe (Martha) Nieto, Norma Llanes, Eloy (Ana) Nieto, Irma Orozco, Howard (Terry) Nieto, Cesar (Dolores) Nieto, Martin (Analiza) Nieto, and Roberto Nieto; 53 grandchildren, 82 great grandchildren, and 9 great great grandchildren; siblings, Guadalupe Hernandez, Delfino Hernandez, Frances H. Garcia, Roberto Hernandez, and Antonia H. Chavez.
The Nieto family would like to extend a special thanks to Pablo Echavarria, Joe Garza, and David Mann with Merida Hospice for their exceptional, loving care and attention.
Honored to serve as pallbearers are Guadalupe Nieto, Jr., Noe Nieto, Jr., Armando Ramirez, Jr., Justin Orozco, Omar Nieto, Marco A. Nieto, Joey Nieto, and Juan Posas Jr. Honorary pallbearers are Anthony Nieto and Matthew L. Nieto.
Visitation will take place Thursday, May 28, 2015 from 9:00am until 9:00pm with the holy rosary to be prayed at 7:00pm at Good Shepherd Funeral Home.
Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11:00am Friday, May 29, 2015 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church 693 N. 3rd Raymondville, TX. Interment will follow at Raymondville Memorial Park Cemetery.
Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the caring hands of Good Shepherd Funeral Home 1157 W. Hidalgo Ave. Raymondville, TX. 78550 (956) 689-0600.
