Noemi Aguilar Obituary
Noemi is survived by her children, Elizabeth (Usvaldo) Ascencio, Alfonso Jr. (Maria Luisa) Aguilar, foster daughter Geovanna Alvarado (Eli Lopez). Grandchildren Isaac (Janie) Ascencio, Isaiah Ascencio, Jessica Aguilar, Jacob Aguilar. Great Grandchildren Justin Ascencio and Ian Ascencio. Sisters Marta (Ben+) Gonzalez, Lydia, Dora, Ninfa, and Janie Bocanegra, and a brother Gilbert (Sonya) Bocanegra.
Noemi is preceded in death by her husband Alfonso Aguilar, her parents Jose and Catarina Bocanegra, her brothers Daniel Bocanegra and Lupe Bocanegra, and a foster son, Alan Robert Garza.
Visitation for Noemi will be held at Garcia Trevino Funeral Home in Mercedes, Texas, on Sunday, April 6, 2025 from 2:00 p.m.--8:00 p.m. with a rosary at 6:00.
Chapel Service will be on Monday, April 7,2025 at 10:00 a.m. at the funeral home chapel and interment will follow at Ebony Grove Cemetery in Mercedes, TX under the care of Garcia Trevino Funeral Home of Mercedes, TX.
