I was very saddened to hear about Dick's passing. I always liked Dick: he was kind, compassionate and generous. And he loved life, despite the fact that his poor health made it difficult for him.
Queta, please forgive me but I would prefer not to attend the funeral service (Lorin will be there). Nathan and I would like to visit you a few months after the service, when it would be less chaotic. Also, I would like to place a headstone at the cemetery in Riviera to honor Dick, as we did a few years ago for Taylor.
May God be with you Queta and Kara, and the rest of the Robbins family.

God bless Dick's remaining family. I still miss my old friend, Fran, after all these years. Can't believe the stuff we put Dick through when we were teen ageers....

I am in Silsbee visiting my sister, Janell. Mary Rhodes e mailed us about the passing of Dick. So sorry to hear this. I wish I could get back in time to attend the service. With no family living in Raymondville I don't get down there any more. Dick and you are very special to me. May God be with you and care for you.

Amy & family, So sorry to hear of your Dad's passing. I have many fond memories of him. Although a teenager, he was the first dentist I ever saw. He put me right at ease, always being kind and gentle. He was very good to me and treated me like part of your family as I was around so much of the time. Most of all I remember him for his sense of humor and his great smile! May you find peace and comfort in your own memories and remember he is with you always!

It has been years since I saw Uncle Dick but I have very fond memories of visiting in his home and playing with my cousins. I still have fillings in my mouth that he put there 40 years ago. May he rest in peace.
