Our beloved son, Adrian A. Moreno,18 years old, met with the Lord on January 12, 2014.

He was born on August 11, 1995 in Ventura, CA to Jorge and Elida Moreno.

Adrian was raised in Santa Paula and Fillmore. He graduated from Fillmore High School with the best class of 2013. Adrian began Ventura College and wanted to pursue music production.

Adrian was known as "Chubby". He was always loving, caring, and courteous. He believed in God and had faith. He loved his family very much. A.D. We will miss your smile, laughter, and great heart. May the Lord protect you and give us strength to endure this pain. He is survived by his parents Jorge and Elida Moreno, sister Clarisa Moreno, little brother Andres Moreno, grandparents Juan and Rita Hernandez, Adalberto and Olivia Moreno, and by many aunts and uncles and by many, many cousins.

Vigil at 7:45 to 10 p.m, Wednesday, January 15, 2014; Mass at 10 a.m. Thursday, January 16, 2014 St. Francis of Assis Church 1048 W Ventura Street (Highway 126) Fillmore, CA 93015.

Jorge, Elida, Clarisa, Andres...We are at a loss for words over loosing Adrian so tragically. We can not even fathom the emotions each of you are experiencing...Jorge & Elida, it pains our heart knowing that your beloved firstborn Adrian is gone from you physically, no longer able to reach out and touch his chubby cheeks. Clarisa, mija please know that we feel so much for you over the loss of your big brother...thank you for being the bestest sister ever! Andres, chiquito mini me de Adrian...We will always carry the beautiful memories of your big brother Adrian so you never forget him. Adrian, corazoncito we miss you so much! Clarisa (See? I remember your name ;-) ) And Andres, I'm so sorry about your brother. I know it's not fair. If there were things left unsaid or unfinished, it helps to write them down. A friend of mine told me that she writes down the problems or heartaches she cannot control and puts them in a glass jar to give them up to God. She calls it her God Jar. I'm just offering an idea that might help sometime. Remember you always have your friends and family who love you very much. ~*~

Moreno Family, I felt the warmth and love of your family the very first time I walked into your home to work on a project with Elida. I'm certain your children always have and always will know how very much they are cherished. And clearly, your children adore you as well. ~*~

I don't know if those we love become Guardian Angels after they pass over but I like to think they do. In any case, the memories of Adrian's goodness and perhaps some form of his spirit will grace your lives forever. In time, I hope the cherished memories you share and the goodness of your family's love will give you peace. ~*~

May God guide you and give you strength where friends and family cannot. We are all here for you. We all care.
