Uncle Carlos I can't believe you're gone, when I lost Dad, you stepped in so gallantly to help ease my pain. You were there to chat with anytime, even if it was right before your weekly dance night. You would give me advice when asked, you would make me laugh and smile with all your wonderful stories and a memory that was so sharp. I saw so much of my Dad in you. We were truly blessed by a man full of integrity, sincerity, honesty, thoughtfulness, caring, kindness, patience, intelligence, full of knowledge, tons of common sense, gratefulness, ambitious, adventurous, fairness... the list is endless... but never enough to express how truly wonderful you were. I miss you so very much! Vita
(I hope you're dancing!)
Rest in Peace

Words cannot even begin to describe the love that I have for you Grandpa. I love you so much, you are the best grandpa I have ever had. I could not have asked for a more perfect grandpa. I am so very blessed that you were such a huge part of my life and have been with me since I was born. Thank You for being the best grandpa. I also want to Thank You for being the best dad to my mom and the best life companion for my grandma and always taking care of her. You have such a beautiful heart and such a loving sole ; I strive to be more like you. You have impacted my life in such a way that words won't do it justice. Saying goodbye to you was the hardest thing that I have ever had to do, but I know it wasn't a goodbye, it was just a " C'ya later" because I know I will see you again one day. I hope you forever rest in peace grandpa; Heaven has gained a beautiful angel. I wish I could hug you one last time. Until we meet again grandpa, I love you.

My prayers and sympathies go out to Donna, David and Debbie and all of Carlos' family during this difficult time of loss. I know how much they loved and adored him. Carlos was a kind and gentle man who I first met when I came to work with him as a State auditor in Ventura. We became friends and I always looked forward to my daily contacts with him. He was always cheerful and always willing to help others. He had a real zest for life and was deeply devoted to raising and helping his four children. He loved cars, dancing and golf but not necessarily in that order. He always had a story to tell you to make you laugh. I will truly miss Carlos. He was a very lovely man. I'll never forget him as a true friend and confidante in my life. May he rest in peace with the Lord.

Many prayers are being sent up to our Heavenly Father asking for peace and understanding during this difficult time for Montano family. May Carlos rest in peace and may all his family find support and comfort with each other from now on. He will be missed by everyone and comfort may be difficult at times. Try to remember God will carry you when your grief is most difficult. God promises to give you rest in Matthew 11:28-30. I have known your family for many years and have known your father and his many blessings and guidance he gave to his children. He did all he knew how to do. I know how each and every one of you honored and blessed him with your individual gifts that you shared with him. You each had a special and different way that you shared time with him. I am sure he appreciated each of you for all the richness and love you added to his life. God rest his soul and may God richly bless you and keep you now and forever more.
