It is with great sadness that the family of Charles David Pool (PA) announces his sudden passing on April 24, 2013, at the age of 70. Charles will be lovingly remembered by his loving wife of 50 years, Carmen Pool; his children, Tina Pool and Patrick Pool; mother, Elsie Pool of Mo.; brothers, Garner, Dewey, Leonard and Ruben Pool; uncle, Lendall Pool; grandchildren, Angela, Jesse, Natasha, Adam, Austin and Shayna; great-grandchildren, Alexander, Lexis, David, Issac, baby Andrew, and soon to be another great-grandchild; numerous nieces and nephews; in-laws; family and friends.

He is preceded in death by his father, Lowell Pool, and grandson, Michael Nava.

Charles was a honest and hardworking person and was loved by everyone. He worked for Saticoy Lemon Assoc. for 43 years. After his retirement he enjoyed watching Dancing with the Stars, but most of all he enjoyed having popsicles with his great-grandson, baby Andrew. His other love was music: Country, Mexican, Gospel and most of all Oldies But Goodies. Charlie, dad, Pa, uncle and Nino, you will always be in our hearts. We all love you so much. "Until we see you again.".

My condolences to Charlie's family… I met Charlie over 25 years ago through work and he welcomed me with his great smile and chuckle every time I visited him. It was evident that Charlie enjoyed life and loved his family as we would pass the time talking about his weekends, his swapmeet outings and his music collection. Thanks for the great times Charlie. It was truly an honor to have met you. God Bless you and your family.

I came to know you as "PA", although I didnt know you that well, "by your fruits you are known". Your fruits "family" continue a legacy for you Mr. Pool. They are all loving and exceptional people and that is attributed to you. You are now free of pain and rejoicing with the "almighty".

April 28, 2013

You will be misssed, but Heaven just got another good person. Mom and Jr. went there last year, I miss them so very much, as your family will miss you. Love, Lavon and Ron Mullins

I had the distinct pleasure of working with Charlie. Charlie was a very knowledgeable man. His great kindness to everyone made him very easy to call friend. Charlie always had time to stop and listen to everyone and his attitude towards life was fantastic! Although we did not keep in touch after retirement I full well know that he enjoyed life to it's fullest. God bless and keep you Charlie, you will be greatly missed. God Bless and keep Charlie's family. Thanks Charlie for being a great friend you will be missed.
