Back in the seventies I was walking my dog along the tracks above the river bottom on a cold morning. I looked down into the river bottom and saw Frank's truck so I walked down to see if he was OK. He was making a pot of coffee on a Coleman stove and there was a frost covered sleeping bag rolled out. I asked if he needed help and he said "no, it's just more fun to sleep here than at home".He was only about a mile from his folk's house. No doubt about it Frank was an outdoorsman.
RIP old friend.
