Frank Charles Locascio

Moorpark, CA

Frank Charles Locascio, age 64, passed away at his Moorpark home, on February 7, 2018 at 1:29 a.m. He was surrounded by his loved ones after enduring a long battle with cancer.

Frank was born October 20, 1953, in Los Angeles. He grew up in the San Fernando Valley, in the city of Canoga Park, and later settled in Moorpark. He is survived by his three daughters, Jaime, Lindsey, and Jaclyn Locascio, as well as three sisters, Gina Locascio, Lora (Greg) Montoya, and Christie Locascio, and also his girlfriend Kathy Utzig, plus many nieces and nephews. Frank is preceded in death by his wife Marcy Locascio, and parents Salvatore and Marceline Locascio.
