John and Ann, My deepest condolences to you.I have had the honor and pleasure of knowing Joanne for many years, both in Columbus, Ohio and here in California. She was, in my estimation, a most remarkable woman. She was always kind and friendly; she had a style and grace that I always wanted to emulate. You will be in my prayers. Sincerely, Teresa Carper
