To the Morris Family, It's hard to believe how long it's been since we lost Chap. He was such a great fun loving gentleman whom everyone loved and gravitated towards. I am sorry I have not written sooner. My favorite memory of him was during his senior year at Saint Bonaventure during the green and gold scrimmage and I tried to tackle him as he was running the ball he lifted his helmet squarely under my chin and the impact went straight through my jaw and skull, to this day I have never been clocked so hard. I'll never forget how he was laughing as we finished tackling him! That was Chappy for you, he is surely missed by us all. I am blessed to have known such a wonderful soul. RIP Chapman. Sincerely. My most sincere condolences to the Morris family on the sudden tragic loss of Chap. I first met Chap when he was a freshman at SC. We hit it off and our friendship grew over the years. He was a genuinely decent human being. We shared many a good laugh together and some spirited discussions on business, food and occasionally on politics. I will miss him as will all those that he touched.

To all the Morris family and especially Bill,
I am so sad for the loss of Chap. I really enjoyed the time we spent with Chap and your Dad having breakfast together, the laughs and what I learned from him during the time I worked for you. Chap was someone I always looked up to and had great respect for. Just thinking about Chap puts a smile on my face thinking about how fun a person he was. He will be missed by so many people and Im sure the town will not be the same with out him. May God comfort your whole family. I am glad and fortunate for the time I got to spent with him.

Lori,
So sorry to hear about Chap's passing. He was an amazing man. I will always remember our balloon flight from Fillmore to Santa Paula. He was a legend in his time. I can't believe in all these years we haven't run into each other. I now live in Santa Paula and have a hangar at the airport there. If you ever have time come on by!

I really got a kick from my dad when he talked about my nephew Rick Fausset and Chappy and all their buddies going down to Rosarito Beach as youth and raising heck. They would drink my dad's beer and as long as they would leave the empties there, dad was happy to help them out. They loved my dad and he loved them. I know that all of us that are still here love Chappy and Rick and it gives us comfort that they are together. Love, Mike Fausset and wife Joan.

To the Morris Family!
Chap Morris! Rest in Peace in the Eternal Arms of the Lord!
Wonderful man who was an inspiration to many. He was a big man in spirit and heart. A gentleman and an extremely popular and charismatic individual.
He was big man on campus at USC and big man at St. Bonaventure. It was an awesome experience to see Chap and Bill as evolving young businessmen and leaders!

Dear Lori, Sydney and Maggie
We are all so sorry for your loss. We feel so lucky to have been introduced to your family through NCL and gotten to know all of you thru the years at parties and usc tailgates, etc. It was that extra level of fun and conversation that Chap brought that was the best. He was so genuine and generous with his words and heart. We had an End of the World party, and he rented a van for all the Ventura folks to safely come and go, which meant everyone got to have more fun. The last time Jeff and I saw him he was at Sans Souci (the sewer) with some Orange County buddies and we all danced our butts off to some punk band. Nothing but smiles and great memories for a wonderful, thoughtful, kind, fun, sweet, generous, lovable man.
Sending a big hug to all of the Morris family during this difficult time.
Sincerely,
Joanne and Jeff Carolan

Lori and Family,
One incredible man, always made time for people, even people like me to discuss little things , always was positive and always had great ideas! I remember one of his sayings, measure twice and cut once! So involved and cared for so many, they don't make men like you anymore Chap! May the lord welcome you to his kingdom and I thank you for your friendship! One incredible man!

Lori and family,
Words seem inadequate to express the sadness we feel about Chappy's passing. I heard so much about Chappy and his dad from my father and it was so nice to finally meet the famous Chappy Morris Jr. at an NCL event. He really lived up to the praises of my father. He was one of a kind. Sending you our deepest sympathy and prayers.

I never met anyone like him. Endless compassion and patience. Full of love and always thought the best of everbody. If you were in need of help, he was there. If I was down , he would lift me up. He would find the good and positive side of everything. I will miss him greatly. I will forever be grateful that I was fortunate enough to cross his path and work with him for so many years. My condolences to Lori, Sydney, and Maggie. For you were his greatest love and joy.

Chap
Thank you for allowing me to cut your three hairs as you called it.. for the last 20 years.
During that time i got to know a man who always put the needs of others before his own. The many conversation we had and the Hair cutting sessions at your house that always seemed to start with a glass of wine or a shot of patron. I will forever keep you in my thoughts and prayers . I will always remember one of many sayings you had " THANK YOU CHIEF" And to Lori, Maggie and Sydney my deepest sorrow my heart goes out to the entire Morris family. Thank you girls for sharing him with the world....
!THANK YOU CHIEF!
