Lucille (Plasse) Coté

Lucille (Plasse) Coté passed away quietly of natural causes on December 4, 2020, at the age of 95. Lucille is preceded in death by her husband Hudson of 71 years who passed in August. She leaves her daughter Janice Salomon, son Michael and daughter-in-law Ellen, and also is preceded in death by her son Gary. She left eight grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. Lucille was born and raised in Woonsocket, Rhode Island during the Great Depression and worked in the textile mills in Woonsocket until she married her childhood sweetheart Hudson following World War II.

She soon moved from Woonsocket to Southern California and raised her three children. Her passion was her family and spending time with her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. Mom and dad joined the Simi Valley Elks Club where she met many of her longtime friends and spent years traveling as dad's co-pilot in that little old Toyota RV with the Happy Wanderers Camping Club.

Lucille believed in angels. She believed everyone had an angel on their shoulder to guide them and hers molded her into the sweetest, kindest, gentlest, most loving person.

We are sure dad is now behind the wheel of that old Toyota RV with mom as his co-pilot seeking new adventures throughout the clouds, reacquainting with past friends and family, while mom mentors angels with new wings.
