I met Lutena and was part of the team that provided care to her in Oxnard. She was a kind, sincere, and sweet young women. It was my priveledge to have met her if only for a short time. I want to express my deepest sorrow and offer my condolences to her family and friends. My heart was deeply saddened when I learned the news of her passing.
