Patsy Ann Varble passed away peacefully at home on Friday, Nov. 13, 2009. She was 74 years old.
Patsy was born on Jan. 8, 1935 in Grand Saline, Texas. She was the youngest of seven children. On July 31, 1953 she married William "Bill" Varble in Simi Valley. They were married for 56 years. They have resided in Moorpark for the past 53 years.
Patsy devoted her life to serving others as a loving wife, mother and also as a Christian Minister. She became one of Jehovah's Witnesses and was baptized in 1961. She was a faithful, loyal servant of her God for the rest of her life.
She is survived by her husband, Bill; son and daughter-in-law, Rick and Christina Varble; daughter and son-in-law, Jody and Kim Arther; son and daughter-in-law, Andy and Cathy Varble, daughter, Stephanie Tyler and daughter, Shelley Varble. She and Bill have eight beautiful grandchildren: Shane, Jonathan and Wade Varble; Sara and Jordan Arther; Mitchell and Jacob Varble; and Danielle Tyler.
Patsy will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 28 at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 3900 Petit St., Camarillo.
