Richard (Dick) Gramlich, 82, went home to be with our Lord on April 21, 2016, surrounded by his loving family. He was born on October 8, 1933 in Rochester, NY to parents George and Elizabeth Gramlich.

Richard graduated from Charlotte High School in Rochester and shortly thereafter joined the U.S. Navy, where he served from 1952-1956 as an electronics technician. He married (Margaret) Ann Williams on August 30, 1958. He attended the University of Colorado, Boulder and received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business in 1962. Dick spent almost 30 years with Eastman-Kodak Company as a technical sales representative working various assignments in New York, Arizona, and California.

He is survived by his wife Ann, brother Don Gramlich, sister June Cohan, daughter Cheryl Peterson, son David Gramlich (Nancy), daughter Karen Payne (John), grandchildren Brian and Sarah Peterson, Rachel and Kevin Gramlich, Maddy Payne, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Dick was very active in his kids' and grandkids' lives. As a member of the Thousand Oaks United Methodist Church he was involved in many activities. He was also a volunteer at Los Robles Hospital for ten years. His interests included food and travel; he enjoyed extensive international adventures with his wife Ann and friends. He enjoyed classical music and could often be heard singing in the shower. He will be remembered for his strong will, his huge heart and his wonderful sense of humor.

A celebration of his life will be held on May 14, 2016 at 3:00pm at the Thousand Oaks United Methodist Church, 1000 E Janss Rd, Thousand Oaks, CA 91360.
