Robert Lee (Bob) Davison passed away Sunday, May 4, 2014. He was cared for by his loving daughter, Deanna, brother Richard Davison, sister and brother-in-law Linda and Gene Park and an incredible loyal group of friends.
He is also survived by nephews, nieces and children of friends that he loved and mentored. He was predeceased by his parents and younger brother Bruce Davison.
Bob was born to Charles Robert Davison and Florence (Mona) Hardeman June 21, 1935. He lived in Ventura County all his life. He joined the Army during the Korean War, serving Japan.
After his retirement from So. Ca. Gas Co., he specialized in hot taps in the oil fields. He loved his garden and felt that most beautiful plants should also be edible for the sustenance of people.
A special thank you to Andrea, his V.A. nurse coordinator. In lieu of flowers, donations to Help of Ojai would be appreciated.
