BELLEVUE — Autumn Meacham, age 25, passed away August 19, 2014 with her grandmother, Loretta Meacham, in Ashland County. She was born October 9, 1988 in Bellevue, the daughter of Meredeth Meacham Ott.
She was a 2007 graduate of Clyde High School. Autumn was a homemaker and mother.
Autumn was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church, Bellevue. She organized and started the Tuesday night AA group at St. John's Lutheran Church. She will be remembered for her infectious laugh and twinkle in her eye.
She is survived by her mother, Meredith (Danny Jackson) Ott, Bellevue; partner, Josh Morr; daughters Molly Loretta Meacham, and Kirsten Morr; siblings Danny Jackson Jr., Ethan Ott, Dylon Jackson, Grace Ott, and Logan Jackson, all of Bellevue. She is preceded in death by her grandparents Philip and Loretta Meacham; uncle Marty Meacham; two cousins Zechariah and Jeremiah Meacham.
Calling hours will be on Monday, September 1, 2014 from 2 – 8 p.m. at Foos and Foos Funeral Service, 151 Yorkshire Place, Bellevue, Ohio. A funeral service officiated by Rev. Juli Lejman-Guy will be held on Tuesday, September 2, 2014 at 11 a.m. at St. John's Lutheran Church, 209 Southwest St., Bellevue. Burial will be in Bellevue Cemetery.
Memorials can be made to St. John's Lutheran Church or to Molly's Education Fund.
