Funeral services for Byranna L. Wesson, 73, of Vian, were held at 10 a.m. Thursday, June 5, 2025, at the Agent & Mallory-Martin Chapel in Sallisaw.
Burial was at Garden of Memories Cemetery in Vian under the direction of Agent & Mallory-Martin Funeral Home.
Mrs. Wesson was born on Sept. 29, 1951, in Sallisaw to Byron Henning and Helen Henning. She died on Friday, May 30, 2025, in Gore.
She was a member of Vian Baptist Church and worked at People Inc. for 18 years.
Survivors include three children, Katrina Scott of Booneville, Ark., Cody Turley of Vian and Anthony Wesson of Carthage, Tenn.; two brothers, Roger Henning of Vian and Stanley D. Henning of Leadville, Colo.; five grandchildren; and other family members and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and one sister, Barbara McGinn.
Pallbearers were Brandon McGee, Ryan McGee, Cody Turley, Jerred Lee, Preston Remer and Doug Bane.
