Billie Heitkotter was my supervisor when I was a telephone operator in 1963-64. I will always remember her kindness and encouragement. She was a true professional and a fine role model.

Billie was my supervisor at the telephone company back in the 60's. She was very kind and helpful. I would see her (while shopping) through the years and she always remembered me.
May God comfort the family.
