Donald Petty Obituary
Visalia - Donald David Petty, was born March 28,1941 in Farmersville, Ca. Passed away February 12,2021 in Visalia, Ca. He was 79 year's old. He was preceeded in death by his parents Luther Petty Sr. and Violet Leota Petty and 6 brother's Luther Petty Jr., Vernon Petty, Charles Petty, Edward Petty, Eugene Petty, Harry Petty.
He is survived by 2 son's, David Petty and Timothy Petty both of Exeter, Ca.; 3 grandson's, Timothy Petty, Tyler Petty, and Zane Petty of Exeter and a brother Dennis Petty (Connie Petty) of Fresno, Ca; 4 sister's Veberal Parker (J.L. Parker) Vain, Ok; Donna Phillips (Kenny Phillips) Galesburg,Il; Yvonne Womack Visalia, Ca; and Jenett Harris Farmersville, Ca. and numerous niece's nephew's.
He attended the Free Holiness Church in Farmersville as a boy growing up. He also attended the Farmersville Schools and Exeter Union High School. He started to work at Early Calif. Foods in 1959 and worked there until he retired.
He enjoyed working on cars and going crawdad fishing with his son's and nephew's. You could find him up town Farmersville watching the people go by and they would stop and talk to him.
Visitation will be Thursday, February 25, 2021 from 12:00 - 1:00 PM at Smith Family Chapel, Exeter.
Graveside Services will follow at Exeter District Cemetery on Thursday, February 25,2021 at 2:00 P.M
