Jesse was born in San Jose, California on January the 25, 1967. He is the son of James Parraz and was lovingly raised by his mother Phyllis Gaytan in Visalia, California.

Jesse was a family man who loved everyone he met and always had a smile on his face. He loved to cook and be with his family. He was a man who would give you the shirt off his back to anyone in need. Jesse was married to Bertha; they were married 17 years.

Jesse is survived by his children Santiago Parraz, Jessica Martinez, Jozette Parraz, his step-children Grecia, Fernando, Johnny, Marthalina, Monica, and his grandchildren Paul, Josiah, and Emma Martinez, Micah Leon, Jordan Parraz, Iris and Julian Nunez as well as many step grandchildren, his siblings John Parraz, Tricia Parraz, Roseanne Salas, Martha Mendoza, Eva Navarrette, Katy Gaytan, Mary Gaytan, Henry Gaytan, and Rosemary Santillian as well as his many nieces and nephews.

Jesse is preceded in death by his father James Parraz, his mother Phyllis Gaytan, his sister Teresa Aguilar and his baby sister Joanne Salas.

A viewing will be held Monday, February 6, 2017 at Salser and Dillard Funeral Chapel from 4 PM to 7 PM and a rosary at 6 PM. A funeral service will be held Tuesday, February 7, 2017 at Salser and Dillard Funeral Chapel at 10 AM. Condolences can be made to www.salseranddillard.com
