I am so very sorry to see that Mr. Parsons had passed away. My family lived close to the Parsons and enjoyed playing on their old swing set. Mr. Parsons was a very hard worker and a very nice man. I will always remember him.

Joaquin was a good friend of mine and of my family going back two generations. Was especially close with my grandfather, Vernon. God bless.
