Kevin Blain Obituary

Kevin Warren Blain

Tulare - Kevin Warren Blain, age 44, entered into the presence of his savior on Friday, May 4th, 2018. He was the husband of Dannelle "Dani" Blain. They shared five years together. In 1973, Kevin was born in Tulare to Ronald and Donna Blain. In 1992, Kevin graduated from Tulare Union High School, and went on to earn his Bachelor of Arts and Science degree in Communications in 1997. He obtained his Real Estate License in 2000. Kevin returned to Tulare to follow in the footsteps of his grandfather, Bill Blain, and thus began his Real Estate career. Kevin went on to build the #1 Real Estate Team in California and is the #1 Team in the nation for Keller Williams. Kevin and his wife were active members of Visalia First Assembly of God. Kevin and Dani enjoyed going to the beach, cheering for the Dodgers, collecting sports memorabilia, loving on their dogs, and praying together.

Kevin's impact on the community will not be forgotten. Although he is well known for his success in the real estate business; it was his love for people, his humble heart, his fervent desire to help others achieve their goals, and his commitment to use his successes to better his community, that were of most value to Kevin.

Kevin is survived by the love of his life Dannelle "Dani" Blain, their daughter Mia Shawn and her husband Blake Shawn, their son Eibren Lara and his wife Odalys Munoz, daughter Geralyn Leverett and her husband Jamaine, their beloved fur babies Lola, Duke and Ginger, parents Ronald Blain and Donna Blain, brother Allan Blain and his wife Nicole Blain, sister Coral Lytle, along with numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins that he loved dearly.

Kevin was preceded in death by his grandparents and his precious sister Amber Koetsier.

The Memorial Service will be held on Friday, May 11, 2018 at 12 p.m. at Visalia First Assembly of God on the corner of Akers and Caldwell. A Lunch Reception is to follow at the Tulare Agri-Center.

It's been a year since we lost you Kevin and you are still truely loved and missed by all who came in contact with you.
I have to say, it is evident that you were a very special man because of the memories people share about you. My memory is that you always went out of your way for people including my son Michael who had a school project to do for a class in high school and when we asked for help, you were right there to help. Not a lot of people would. My son son was able to do his project under less stress.
THANK YOU KEVIN!

I never spoke to Kevin over the phone but we emailed back and forth over business a couple of times. My first impression based on his reply, was professional, thoughtful and sincere. I was hoping we'd do business together as I work for the Business Journal in Fresno and I cover the real estate industry. From what I've read on this initial page from loved ones and friends, he certainly made a big impact to many and in his community. I wanted to respectfully leave a message of heartfelt condolences to his wife, children and family. May Kevin now rest in eternal peace with our maker.

I met Kevin and Dani during my battle for my life. Kevin gave his precious time to listen to my son that seemed very comfortable sharing personal feelings with Kevin. I only got to know Kevin and Dani for a short time but it left a mark on my life that will never leave. I remember attending a game at the RawHide with them and it was clear how loved they were as well as the love that was given. I enjoyed watching how you loved your wife as you often shared that openly. To watch the love you two shared was nothing short of refreshing. The other aspect I admired was your love of God. Ive no doubt that youll be missed as long as those that knew you live but I also have no doubt that you are in Heaven looking down on your sweet Dani and all your family. I believe youll probably be a guardian angel for many that loved and adored you. May you rest in paradise Kevin Blain until we meet again.

My deepest sympathy goes out to all of Kevin's family and loved ones, my son Mike Martin went to school with Kevin and they were such sports Competitors in Jr. High always trying to outdo each other. Both took great pride in their accomplishments. My son passed away in 1998 @ 23 I know your pain and heartbreak. God Bless you and comfort you in your time of sorrow I wish I could take away your pain because I know what your feeling. Focus on the wonderful things he did and the love he had in him!!

I have to say that even thought I never got to talk to him personally, I am a member of V1AG and never have I ever seen Kevin but once without a smile from ear to ear.on his face.
I know all the things that have been said about him are very wonderful but I personally know what kind of man he is because even though he didn't have to and he was busy, he took time out of that busy day to talk with my son Andrew Alton about buying a house and all the things he would have to do step by step.
My youngest son Michael Jensen has a business class in high school and needed help and advice for a project Michael was doing. My ex called Kevin and asked if he could help. Kevin told him by all means and Michael and my ex were in his office later that day. Right before they left Kevin prayed over my ex for total healing who has a lot of medical issues. Ryan has not been the same since.
This loving man of God is truly going to be missed and was definitely loved by all.
Our prayers go out to Dani and his family. We love you!

Danielle, you don't know me but i'm Adam Vasilovich's mom, Adair. I wanted to tell you how sad and broken-hearted I have felt after Adam told me of Kevin's passing. I felt I knew Kevin due to Adam's description of him as a family man, a Christian, an honest and respectful man. A great loss to all.

Kevin touched my life starting back at Cherry Ave. He was a year older than me but he always made me laugh. His infectious smile would brighten the room everywhere he went. My heart, thoughts and love are with Dani, Ron, Donna and the rest of the family. May God's love & peace be with you during this time.
