Tulare - Lloyd Albert Flack Aka Papa
It is with tremendous sadness that our family announces Lloyd Flack passed away on December 29, 2020 at the age of 93. Lloyd was born October 30, 1927 in Terra Bella, California to Alex and Mary Flack. In October 1974 Lloyd married Colleen. They were married for 46 years. In 1977 Lloyd established Lloyd Flack Wholesale, running the business for 30 years. Lloyd leaves behind son and daughter-in-law Gary and Monya Flack. Daughter Tina Case. Beloved grandkids Gage, Katie, Cheyenne, Anthony, Kayla, and great grandkids, Jayden and Bryan. Lloyd is preceded in death by his mom and dad, Mary and Alex, Brother Elmer, sister Irene, wife Colleen, and son Jay. Lloyd will be truly missed.
Visitation is Saturday January 9th, 2021, 9:00 am to 10:30 am at Peers-Lorentzen Funeral Chapel followed by Graveside service at 11:00 am at Tulare District Cemetery. To send condolences log on to www.plfuneral.com

Gary and Family, it's so very hard to lose a parent and grandpa. We pray you have some wonderful memories to share and laugh about during this time and carry on your dad's hard working legacy. He was great at the floral business. Your mom spoke often of him when she bowled with my mom. I will tell Davis of your loss. God bless you all in each day of your journey through this time.

I met Lloyd in 1973 I was a kid he was a veteran in the floral and history already. He worked with Richard Lee, Bob little, Steve Massey, Don Dunn, they were men among men. I learned so much, how to drink how to raise hell and how to take care of customers in the floral industry. Lloyd was probably one of the most levelheaded he once said to me Frank, you might want to think that through. I’m sure it was something I was about to make a huge mistake. I’ll always remember the Times at the Figueroa hotel the pantry restaurant in the LA market. Rest in peace Lloyd see you at the big market in the sky amigo.

God Bless the Flack family. I remember Lloyd when my mother and I used to go to the wholesale shop to get flowers. Everyone there was so nice. Lloyd always seemed happy and was a great person to talk to. Prayers to you all.
